About Kirsty Ellen Smithson
Artist / Illustrator / Animator
Hello, thank you for visiting my website! I am an Animation & Design graduate from Lincolnshire. As you can probably tell from my portfolio I love fairytales and nature; they are a huge inspiration for me. I'd love to illustrate a children's book one day!
I mainly work with watercolours but I love experimenting with all different types of media. I like to use photographs as reference, preferably ones I’ve taken myself.
I am available for commissions & collaborations - whether it's a illustration, painting, drawing, sculpture or even a group project. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you want to know more about my work.
Prices can vary depending on time taken and materials used (paints, paper, frames etc..).
A little bit more about me...
I grew up on a farm so I’ve always been surrounded by nature and animals. I've loved to draw ever since I can remember and I specialise in very small and detailed work. I love chocolate & vanilla cheese cake, listening to music, going to the theatre, and visiting new places!
If you would like to keep up to date with my work you can follow me on Twitter or visit my Facebook page, maybe give it a like or even a share!
